Where are you located?
What are your operating hours?
– 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, except Sundays.
Do you take passport photos?
– No, we do not offer passport or visa photo services.
How do I schedule a session?
– Book directly on our website or contact us via WhatsApp at +971 52 701 4279.
When do I pay my session fee?
– 50% upfront for booking confirmation and the remainder on the day of
shooting.
When do we view our images?
– Images are available the next day via our online gallery. Same-day
viewing can be arranged with prior confirmation.
Can I bring my makeup artist and do my makeup at your studio?
– Yes, but makeup time is limited to 30 minutes to avoid schedule
disruptions.
Is it possible to extend my shooting time at the studio?
– Extensions up to 15 minutes are free, subject to availability. Beyond that,
it’s AED 200 per hour.
Who owns the rights to my images?
– You own the rights to purchased edited photos. Unpurchased raw images
remain our property.
Can I take all my raw/unedited images?
– Yes, but this will incur additional charges as it’s not included in the
standard package.
Do I need to book an appointment?
– Yes, appointments must be booked at least one day in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Can the studios be blacked out?
– Yes, all studios are equipped with blackout capabilities.
Do you have parking?
– Free parking is available around the studio.
Are your studios private?
– Yes, each studio is private with locking doors.
Is it OK to use smoke, fog, haze, confetti, and glitter?
– Only water/vapor-based smoke and fog are permitted.
Are there security cameras in the studios?
– Yes, for everyone’s safety, all areas are monitored.
Can I bring my pet for a shoot?
– Pets are welcome, but any mess must be cleaned up.
Will there be staff on site while I’m there?
– An assistant will be available to help with your needs.
Do you have clothing racks?
– Yes, one clothing rack per studio; extras available for a fee.
Do you have a make-up station?
– Yes, our stations are equipped with lights, an adjustable highchair, and a vanity mirror.
Is there a sound system in the studio?
– Each studio features a Bose speaker with Bluetooth connectivity.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
– Free superfast WiFi over 300Mbps. Log-in details are displayed in the studio.
Can we have food/refreshments in the studio?
– Yes, as long as the studio is cleaned afterward.
How many hours in a full day and do you offer shoots by the hour?
– A full day is 8 hours. Hourly bookings are available.
Can we bring in outside equipment?
– Yes, but please inform us at the time of booking.
Do you have steamers?
– Every studio is equipped with a professional Jiffy steamer at no extra cost.
Do you have a bathroom?
– Clean, remodeled bathrooms with hand-washing stations are available in the hallway.
